Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are mentioned on the product page. Delays may occur due to high order volumes or courier issues.We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address details provided by the customer.Delivery is considered complete once the product is handed over to the courier service.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 12 hours of placing the order and only if production has not started.In case of a damaged product received, kindly share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for replacement consideration. No claim will be accepted without a proper unboxing video.
